Baernecessities is a drama free zone.
This site was created with loved and is maintained in the same manner.

• By logging into the members area, you are agreeing to abide by the TOU rather you have read them or not.

• We do not claim these images as mine, just the graphics created with said images.

General Terms

• Do not share the user name or password with anyone. Doing so will result in termination of membership.

•  Only graphics specified for download are to be downloaded, the sets that are used on the site are not to be downloaded for any reason. They have all been made especially for this site.

• All links, credits and logos must stay in tact. We use work from a lot of artist and We must give credit where it is due, and so must you.

• Your members plaque needs to be on your site and linked within 1 week of joining.

•  Once you have entered the members area, no refunds will be given.

• WE reserve the right to refuse membership at anytime to anyone.

• We reserve the right to change my terms of use as needed.

• We no longer have an update group, we send updates through amember, please do not change any of the setting when joining.

• Membership is offered to individuals only, not groups.

• Nothing from my site is to be used on LJ or sites like them.

• As of 5/19/2010, due the merge between Deb Kerri Pixels and Baernecessities I can no longer state you must have a site to join Baernecessities. But with that said, you are still not aloud to use work from Baernecessities on LJ, myspace or sites like them. And although it is not manditory to have a site if you have one it is manditory to supply me with the address.

 Sig Tag Terms

• Both free and in the members area need to be links back
  to http://www.baernecessities.us. Please do not claim them as you own or change them in any way. If we make an error in the request just please ask us and one of us will be happy to fix it.

• Free tags are offered once a month, they can be ordered only for yourself

• Tags in the members area, you are aloud 6 tags per week

• For each weekly order for yourself, you may order one for a friend

• As of 8/10/08 tag orders can only be received Monday through Friday

• As of 5/15/09 you are only aloud one hair option for your tags, the only exception to this is if you are ordering grey hair and it is not offered for a tag, then you may pick a different color for that tag. You may not order tags in all hair colors.

IM letters

• We love our Incredimail program.

•  Do not offer them for download, add to a collection or sell them

• Please do not rip them apart and claim them as your own

•  Please leave all links and credits in tact

•  Do not claim them as your own

Tubes and Lines Terms

• Tubes and lines are for end use only!
• Lines may be tubed but only if you have purchased a tube license
• Nothing from this site may be offered as is
• You may not make tubes to sell as asis from our lines at any time
• You may tube lines for your members area if you have a tube license but at no time can they be offered as asis tubes
• Tubes may not at any time be placed on your site asis, something must be created with them, be creative
• Our lines are not to be altered in any way. You may mirror or flip ( we do not consider this altering) but you may not resize or erase part of our lines to use with other lines or create your own.
• You must always give credit to BSC and because we offer asis from other sites you must also give credit to the original creator, which we will always specify who that is on each page
• You may not claim copyright to anything on this site
• Nothing from this site is to be shared with non members
• Always remember to link back to http://www.baernecessities.us

Wordpress Themes Terms

• We use work from a lot of great artist. I must abide by there terms. So all links in the footer must stay in tact. For your protection and mine.
• The template used to make these themes is not mine nor yours. We have purchased
  the right to use it and it is only able used with said theme. Please do not hack
  up, cut up or piece my theme to claim as your own.
• Theme must be linked back to http://www.baernecessities.us at all times while in use
